Salon Policy

To secure your spot, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward your total service cost. Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received via Cashapp or Zelle (240-604-2779).

If you need to move your appointment, please note that rescheduling is only permitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

• Stationary Conduct: Please remain still while your stylist is using sharp or heated tools, such as scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs.
• Hands-Off Policy: For your safety, please keep your hands away from your hair and the styling area during the service unless otherwise directed.

Your comfort is our priority. Please notify your stylist before we begin if you have:

• Known allergies or product sensitivities.
• Scalp tenderness or any pre-existing skin conditions.

• Wellness Policy: If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please reschedule.
• Sanitation Standards: We follow rigorous hygiene protocols, sanitizing all tools and workstations between every client.
• Guest Policy: To maintain a focused, professional environment, additional guests are not permitted unless prior approval is granted.

Satisfaction & Reporting We strive for excellence. If you have concerns regarding your service, please report them to us within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment.

Refunds and Adjustments * Refund Policy: All services are strictly non-refundable.

• Retouch Services: Requests for adjustments or retouches will incur an additional fee, determined by the hairstyle and the amount of work required.
